Return Handling Charge
Business Matters International offers a return serice for any returns from customers, please send us details of their RMA number, when received in our warehouse we will take an image and forward it to you. Please note the returns charge is per item received.
Prices include the put-away charge and scanning charge.
Please note that these charges Are liable to change as there are many variables in fulfilment charges including Pick & Pack charges.
