Returns Management

It may well be that you do not want to store or use our fulfillment service.

However we offer a returns management service, many customers for whatever reason will sometimes suffer buyers' remorse, or maybe the item they received is damaged, on these occasions, we can help you with our returns service.

Upon receipt of your item, we will take photographs of the packaging and contents including any accessories. We will hold the items making them available for insurance purposes and then return them to you at your expense.

Returns Management Charges

Monthly Subscription £9.99 + Vat

0.95p Per item Returned

Storeage Charge £16.90 per pallet

Please note that if you have more than one item returned, once the space used is equal to the volumetric space of a pallet our normal pallet charge will be levied pro-rata.
