When you decide to either import or export a product to another country at Business Matters International Ltd we have around the world agents at our disposal. They are available to either visit your supplier or the port of entry to ensure the consignment you are sending or receiving is correct.
From your Supplier
Our local agent will visit the factory where your items are being manufactured from or being dispatch from, we will:
- Make an appointment to visit the supplier or Factory
- Inspect the quality of the product
- Take images of the product inside the container or boxes
- Provide a product count
- provide a verified count of the product
- Check your purchase request with the actual goods to ensure they match
- Security seal the consignment before dispatch
- Check shipping documentation to ensure there are no delays
